Refund & Return Policy

At Prestige Pearl, we want you to love your jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unused
- In original condition, free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging (box, pouch, certificates, tags)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or alteration.

3. Final Sale (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized pieces (including custom designs, special sizing, made-to-order items, and any piece created to your specifications)
Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@prestigepearl.ca within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back, securely packaged and insured.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

- If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product: We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If you have simply changed your mind or the item is not what you expected: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- We will email you within 2 business days to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, style, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us at info@prestigepearl.ca to arrange an exchange. The same return conditions and shipping rules apply.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and your choice of a replacement or a full refund.

9. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns that meet this policy.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the *Quebec Consumer Protection Act* and other applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
