Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping destinations. We ship across Canada & Globaly.

Shipping methods and rates. Available options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times.
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
